Top Destinations Carnival

Carnival is a celebration of the season, marking the beginning of Lent with parades, masked balls, dances, and for many people, a beach holiday. This year, most countries celebrate Carnival during the first week of February. So pack your bags and head out to celebrate some of the best destinations for Carnival.

Brazil

Brazil is the number one destination in the world carnival. Carnival in Brazil dates back to 1720 when the Portuguese arrived immigrants. Today,The Brazilian Carnival is celebrated with parades of the samba schools of thousands of members, comprising creating unique themes for their floats. The main parade in Brazil takes place in the Sambadrome, a parade route in Rio de Janeiro complete with bleachers on both sides.

Trinidad and Tobago

In Trinidad & Tobago, Carnival is a festival lasts more than a month and ends in a big party in Port of Spain, the capital of Trinidad, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday before Ash WednesdayWednesday. Carnival in Trinidad and Tobago characteristics of costumes, dance, music, competitions, rum, and parties (also called fixed-tion).

Ecuador

Carnival in Ecuador takes a couple of weeks and is normally celebrated with water balloons, crazy string, flowers, fruit and more water. New Orleans

Mardi Gras is known worldwide as one of the most interesting festivalsUnited States. The Carnival of New Orleans begins the weekend before Fat Tuesday (Mardi Gras) with parades, beads, parties, balls, hurricanes (the drinks, not the weather phenomenon) and pearls. The French Quarter is the center of big party with people threw a pearl on the left and right. The main roads will remain the target for parade watchers, the beautifully crafted floats, and beads in exchange admire.
